The Miri X510 is a dual-cellular bonding network router powered by Speedify, designed to deliver fast, resilient internet connectivity for live streaming, remote production, business continuity, field work and other mission-critical network applications.
It can combine wired Ethernet, Wi-Fi, satellite, 4G, 5G and USB-tethered connections into one more reliable connection, helping users stay online when a single service is slow, congested or unavailable. Corsair Solutions distributes Miri Technologies across Australia and New Zealand.
Fault-tolerant resilience
The X510 combines wired, Wi-Fi and mobile connections so a single ISP failure does not take the workflow offline. Automatic failover helps maintain connectivity, while bonding 5G with LTE can help cut through network congestion in crowded venues.
The current X510 platform supports up to seven direct data links, with Speedify Pair & Share able to add further bandwidth from compatible mobile devices on the same network.
Faster speeds
Channel bonding combines multiple internet links into one higher-performance connection. For remote production, live streaming and contribution workflows, this can deliver a more stable result than relying on one fixed, mobile or venue-supplied service.
The X510 also supports Speedify’s Pair & Share technology and Performance-Enhancing Proxy, which Miri positions as a way to improve bandwidth and overcome limitations in standard TCP network performance.
Safe and secure
In Bonding mode, Speedify technology works like a VPN and secures bonded traffic with AES-256 encryption. Users can also choose a preferred Speedify server location, which can matter where latency, routing or data sovereignty requirements are part of the project.
The X510 also supports Load Balancing mode, allowing each new data flow to use the best available individual link without routing through a bonding server.
Battery-powered portability
Dual NP-F battery slots allow the X510 to run where mains power is unavailable, making it useful for on-location live streaming, outdoor production, temporary venues and remote contribution workflows.
The compact form factor makes it practical for field use, while the router can also suit fixed business-continuity applications where resilient connectivity is required.
